The goal of this program is to take students one step further into the exploration of Leadership and self-exploration in an international context, at the same time, students will have the opportunity to learn about the nature and scope of global leadership. Students will learn about the principles of Leadership, the art of introspection, the power of Transformational and Authentic Leadership as well as the different leadership styles. 

As part of the program, students will have the opportunity to work on their own Leadership Development Plan (or their Vision Board) that they will take back home with them. The goal of this exercise is to share this self-designed guide with their local mentors or advisors to integrate it into their future school, personal and professional goals.
