Our Program

Welcome to English for Us, a program that specializes in teaching English to students and professionals with special needs. We encourage the practice of functional English to promote inclusion and empower students' self-esteem and social and professional skills. Our goal is to offer accessible classes to all. With this initiative, we also want to encourage international and intercultural awareness in our unique students.

English for Office Administration is specifically designed to introduce students to the basic context of everyday office situations and specialized vocabulary related to the different tasks of the job.

On top of that, speaking English is fun!

What are you going to learn?

English for office administration focuses on functional English for practical use in an everyday workplace situation and on learning specific vocabulary related to tasks and responsibilities when working in a reception desk or general administration office.

English for Office administration is designed to empower students´ professional skills.

The goal of the course is to introduce students to the language and vocabulary they need to do all of the tasks in everyday office situations.

Tasks include getting around the office, office supplies, taking messages and writing emails, scheduling meetings, and more.  As part of the class, students will prepare their CVs in English.

We work with levels A1 and A2 of the language.

All our courses have our designed SPIOC format (Small Private International Online Courses) to facilitate the learning experience of faculty and students. This is our open space where you will not only get the information you need, but you will also explore new worlds, interact with international students, enjoy unique cultural activities while gaining skills you will need to accelerate your career in the global world.

how it works

How it Works

  • Classes are online, and you can connect from home. Our teachers are native English Speakers, and we connect with them in real-time.

  • The classes are twice a week, and you choose the days and times best for you. 

  • We connect via Zoom and make small groups so that students can participate in class, interact with their classmates, and keep similar levels.

  • There is no need to buy books or materials. You will access our Google class, where you can find all the materials, exercises, videos, games, and recorded classes if you cannot go to class one day. 

  • In addition to the classes, we have games and international cultural activities so that you can meet people from other countries. 

  • At the end of the course, we you will receive and academic certificate and a diploma.



How do we teach?

English for Us encourages the learning of English to promote social inclusion, empower students´ educational and professional skills. English for Us offers quality teaching and complete English language and culture immersion. Our teachers are native English speakers who live in different parts of the world.

Contents are adjusted to the age, level, and context of our students, who are the true protagonists of the learning process.


The goal of the classes is to acquire a basic and functional English language level that allow students to actively participate in an education, professional or social context.


Our classes follow the communicative methodology and focus on functional communication. All materials are designed according to the student´s age, level, and context of learning.


Our classes are designed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for languages. Students work on the four skills: listening, speaking, reading & writing and keep a continuous evaluation process.


English for Us it promotes the use of digital technologies and integrates different platforms and applications that facilitate collaborative learning and gamification.


English for Us promote international and intercultural understanding among our students by learning about peoples and cultures from different parts of the world.

As part of the course, students will participate in a program of virtual activities that will bring us closer to the life and culture of other countries.


We will also play games, take virtual trips, listen to music, and more.


All projects will be displayed in our virtual classroom.
