I International Conference on Fashion and Design

Last November 5th, we celebrated the First International Conference's closing ceremony on Fashion and Design, Crisis or Opportunity in COVID-19 times. The conference was organized by Infinite Spur, in collaboration with the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain, Universidad de la Salle, Bajío and Universidad La Salle, Noroeste (Mexico), and the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. 

 

This event took place on November 4th and 5th in a synchronous virtual format, with extensive participation by students from different countries. For two days, we had the opportunity to bring together students and young successful entrepreneurs from the world of fashion in a synchronous virtual conference. It was a dynamic event, full of passion and inspiration, an example of resilience and reinvention in this complex environment.

   

The event was a great success that brought together more than 500 students from 5 different counties. Students and presenters were able to share experiences and learn how the speakers adapted their business to the pandemic situation, were able to reinvent themselves and survive the uncertain pandemic context. We now want to share this experience with you and invite you to look at our young designers' presentations.
